

parties Welcome to The Willoughby Brewing Company's private dining facility. If you have a group and need a place to meet or entertain, this is the perfect place! Our remodeled facility is located on premise with easy access to our bar and restaurant. It can accommodate up to sixty guests for sit down, luncheon or dinner services: we can host larger cocktail parties as well. A minimal deposit is required to reserve the room for your event. To better serve the needs of our guests, preplanned menus are required for our banquet facility. We offer the following menu options: For dinner selections, three entrees may be chosen from the included menu. Special menu needs (e.g. Vegetarian) are not a problem; flexibility and personal attention is the order of the day. Specialty equipment (e.g. projection screens, microphones, etc.) can be provided with notice at additional costs. Contact our event coordinator for any questions and reservations. Capacity Our banquet room comfortably seats approximately 60 guests. Room Charge Please be advised there is a $50 room charge for all functions held in banquet room. Room Deposit A refundable deposit of $75 (cash, check, or valid credit card number) is required to hold the room and date for a function. Changes Changes to menu and/or guest count must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to function, or deposit may be forfeited. Menu and guest count become final 72 hours prior to function. Cancellation Notice of cancellation must be submitted 2 weeks prior to function. Failure to cancel before 2-week period will result in forfeiture of deposit. Gratuity All prices are subject to a 20% automatic gratuity and 6.25% sales tax. Please note: prices are subject to change without notice.
